Out with the old....in with the...old

I've been enrichment counselor in the RS presidency for the last 2 1/2 years. I was enrichment-2nd counselor...then we got a new president and I became enrichment-1st counselor. Our cute pres., Krisi, just got engaged so as my last enrichment under my control I decided we'd go to dinner and a movie. (Congrats Krisi) We weren't sure when we'd get released, but we knew it was coming soon. A couple weeks ago I was pulled out of RS by one of the counselors in the bishopric. He released me from my calling and gave me a new one.....Education-1st counselor in the RS presidency. Maybe I'll keep getting this calling with slight variations until I get it right. ? I was actually way excited about the new girls in the presidency with me. They are so fun....but of course I will miss my other presidency. I made some fantastic friends....(Shout out to Anna- Halla!!!) Anyway, dinner and a movie is my kind of enrichment activity. We saw 27 Dresses (it was cute) and had a great time. Thanks for coming ladies.(Pics: Laura is sporting the pashmina...middle east style-I adore her, she's hilarious. Jen and Laura-Jen is the new pres, Laura is 2nd counselor. The Anderson twins...Loni and Heidi....and Kari Peterson-new secretary. Brooke and the afore mentioned Krisi-prev. pres-amazing...love her...thrilled for her. Me and Leslie...old roomie. Leslie and Anna-prev. education counselor.)

Hey Sarah, its Robin...you know your friend that went with you to see the ski competition in Deer Valley many moons ago? I say quit doing such a good job in R.S., maybe they will let you out of the Presidency for good. Actually, I am the Education Counselor in my ward. Even though it is challenging, meaning I want R.S. Lessons to be nourishing and not just another lesson, but I enjoy it. I am going to pray that next V-Day will be your year. The pickin's are slim, but there are still some good ones hiding in the back row.
