Ally, Camie, Ryan, and I went on a hike on Labor Day to the waterfalls up Bell Canyon. (pic. Camie, M
e, and Ally with her really white shoes...okay it's the reflectors.) It had been years since I had done that hike. It's great...once you figure out where you're going. There are about 50 paths that break of
f from the main path, but it gets tricky because the main path disappears in the brush repeatedly. I was thrilled to finally find our way to the waterfall. It was the perfect day....extremely hot, but worth every last drip of sweat and wow were we sweatin. Everything was beautiful. I love being in the mountains. Cam and I were feeling a burst of energy after our little waterfall revi
val, so we ran down the trail. It was great until the trail would slowly disappear and we'd find ourselv
es standing in the middle of brush. Running through brush in shorts is not the most comfortable thing-I mean if you like having skin...oth
erwise, go for it. ;)
